We provide the Sybrex Systems registered users with the automated helpdesk
service. All your support requests are registered and assigned a unique identifier.
Our specialists will process your requests as soon as possible.
To consult our techsupport specialists, you need to authorize. If you
are not registered yet, you will be asked to quickly register.
You will be authorized immediately, no need to wait for an e-mail
confirmation message. Now that you are authorized, you can send your support
request to techsupport specialists.
Send Request
In the support request form you can describe your problem, set its criticality
level, attach an image (e.g. screenshot that illustrates the error). You will
receive a reply from our specialists shortly. A copy of the reply will
be sent to the e-mail address that you specified when registering. If you
are not satisfied with the answer or if you need some additional information
on the problem, you can continue the discussion. You can monitor how your
request is being processed using e-mail messages or with the Helpdesk
web interface.
We appreciate your opinion on the quality of our Helpdesk service. Please
evaluate the received answer after the ticket is closed: completeness and
adequacy of the solution, etc. Your rates will help us to optimize our Helpdesk
service.
You have the opportunity to express your opinion, leave comments, and participate

Annual Maintenance Subscriptions
What is Annual Maintenance? What am I entitled to?
Maintenance is a support contract issued on a per-license basis with each
product license. Owners of annual maintenance are entitled to free upgrades
(both to minor or major release versions), and priority email support over
a period of 12 months from the initial purchase. A maintenance subscription
can be renewed annually.
Maintenance can be purchased at the same time as any product or within 60-days
of the initial product purchase. The contract will be backdated to the time
of the purchase.
How do I buy or renew my subscription?
The easiest way to purchase an annual maintenance subscription is to purchase
it at the same time you buy the associated product from your Sybrex Systems
reseller. If you wish to renew a subscription, or if you wish to purchase
a subscription for a product you already own, please contact your reseller
or Sybrex Systems directly at our web site (helpdesk tickets).
Sybrex Upgrade Policy
Sybrex systems product releases fall into two categories, referred to as
major and minor releases. A major release is normally identified by a change
in the first digit of its release version number, i.e. 1.2 -> 2.0. A minor
release generally signifies a bug fix or minor feature enhancement. This can
be identified by an increment in one of the successive release numbers, i.e.
2.1 -> 2.2, 2.1 -> 2.1.1.
Minor releases are issued free to the customers who own the same major version
(1.X, 2.X, 3.X).
Major releases are issued free to the customers who purchased their license
within the prior 60 days.
An active maintenance subscription entitles a customer to all updates without
an additional charge (major and minor releases).
Customers who do not have a maintenance subscription or those not eligible
to renew it, will be required to pay to upgrade.
The upgrade price for a major release will be approximately 30% of the product
retail price.

All Sybrex Systems software comes installed with one or more user guides.
All guides can be downloaded below prior to installing the evaluation versions of
our software.
